Villa Monastery is located in the sought-after area of Impruneta south of Florence, only a few hundred meters from the main historical Piazza dell’Impruneta – which is also the world capital of handmade Tuscan terracotta. The property is well connected being only a mere 7km away from the historic center of Florence and 6km from the motorway exit Firenze – Impruneta.

Villa Monastery is an exiting investment asset that dates back to the 14th century. It originally belonged to the hospital of Santa Maria Nuova and in 1902 it was donated to the church.
