The main villa is a two-storey stone building, covering an area of 440 square metres offering all the genuine charm of an authentic Tuscan home. Adjacent is a restored former barn, approximately 260 square metres in size, offering 32 separate useful spaces that can be adapted (excluding hallways and the entrance area) and it also features eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

The two other more recently constructed buildings, open on all four sides, have covered loggias, and a wood-burning oven. Both buildings have separate access from the main road. The municipality has approved a project to build an additional agricultural annex of 35m2.
