Villa Divina is a splendid and historic 17th century estate, which was expanded in 2002 with the addition of the second house that is now used as the primary residence. The entire estate sits on 4ha of land and offers 5 individual units; 2 villas, 2 annexes and a small chapel. Also includes a 1,5 ha vineyard and 2.5 ha of olive groves, hosting about 400 plants.
The main Villa measures 700 m2 (7,534 sqft) with an additional 2400 m2 (25,833 sqft) for the garden and is distributed on 3 levels. Upon entering the house on the ground level you are greeted by large open reception room/salon, towards the left you will find a large dining hall connected to another room, which would be the living room. Across the large reception room, towards the right of it, you will find another room used as an entertainment room and behind this room is the kitchen that has a direct access to the pool. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.
The staircase is located in between the kitchen and entertainment room. The 1st and 2nd floor of the villa are identically distributed as follows: upon arrival to the levels by the staircase you are greeted by a bedroom with en suite bathroom, towards the left there is a large reception room/salon that has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom connected on the left side and another big bedroom with en suite bathroom across on the other side of the salon.
