It covers about 60 hectares (148 acres) and the villa, in the middle of the estate, is reached by numerous paths that connect it to the surrounding fields and it enjoys a private access road.

It is composed of three units, two dated back to the 17th and 19th century, while the most recent one dates back to 1960.

The three units together totals about 1,200 m2 (12,917 sqft) and have recently been finely renovated.

Adjacent to the oldest house there is a beautiful Italian garden with flower beds and a fish tank; on the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them featuring a Jacuzzi.

To the second unit belong a few features that really stand out: a room entirely made of stone with a large fireplace; a billiards room, enhanced by a damask textile covering and two rooms with Jacuzzi, one of which also has a sauna and cooling bath after sauna.

The doors are all ancient, painted and extremely valuable, while the floors are made of handmade terracotta tiles or wooden planks.
