The main villa dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries and successfully maintains its original features. The villa is currently divided into two independent living units, each representing different styles.

Unit 1:

The first living unit is divided on two levels and measures approximately 530mq. The interiors are spacious, with high ceilings and cotto flooring.

The main entrance is currently used as a coatroom and leads into a back entrance where there is a service room and laundry area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The small stairwell in the main entrance leads into a spacious living room with an elegant fireplace dating back to the 15th century and a large country kitchen and pantry room.
