The estate includes a terrain of approximately 14 hectares divided into 4,5 hectares of olive groves (800 trees), woodland and parkland, along with a panoramic swimming pool (8×4 meters) with a surrounding patio and gazebo.  The property is divided amongst ten buildings measuring a surface area of 1.523mq.

Main House:

The main house was once the original monastery, and measures approximately 470mq. The farmhouse has been wonderfully restored and is now divided into 4 independent apartments, a salon, a studio room, a dining room, a spacious kitchen along with 4 lovely bedrooms. The restoration works were meticulously completed as the current owners wanted to maintain the original characteristics of the structure, such as the grand fireplace.

Fienile/Barn I:

The fienile building is located near the main house, it measures 270mq and needs to be rebuilt and can be used as residential home with touristic purposes. It dates back to the 1200s, as it was once used as the local church.

Fienile/Barn II:

The second fienile measures 43mq and is made of wood.

Agricultural Building:

The building measures 65mq and requires restoration works. The structure can be used for parking agricultural machinery.

Annex I:

The first annex building is a stone structure that measures approximately 26mq and is currently used as a storage house.

Annex II:

The second annex is made of wood, and measures approximately 68mq. This building is also used as a storage house.

Annex III:
