Romantic Medieval Farmhouse is a beautifully converted traditional Tuscan stone farmhouse that is situated on top of a hill a midst olive groves and cultivated woods that provide a breathtaking panoramic view.
Through out the years this enchanting estate has been carefully renovated and extended using recycled materials from the original structure which was initially a watchtower dating back to the 14th century.
Last restoration was in 1992. Materials such as ancient hand trimmed wooden beams, ceilings, cotto floor coverings, and stone exterior walls were maintained in order to preserve the properties integrity as a medieval structure.
The structure consists of 3 buildings: a two story main house – 287 m2 (3157 sqft.), former stables that are now used as a guesthouse – 126,3 m2 (1389 sqft.), and a two story barn which can be used as an additional living space if turned into an apartament – 135 m2 (1485 sqft.).
