The whole village has been undergoing a major renovation to recapture its ancient splendour and atmosphere, which you feel upon coming on to the site and is truly unique and magical. The property is located on a beautiful and private estate, and enjoys a splendid view over the valley. All construction features have been carefully restored and the intended actual use of the village is a tourist accommodation.

The main house is currently being renovated, is distributed on two levels and measures about 900 square meters. The structure is very elegant, and in the main outdoor common area you can enjoy a beautiful Italian garden.

The village consists of two adjacent buildings which have been divided into 13 housing units of various surfaces and are able to meet the many needs of clients. They offer the possibility to inhabit “ancient  structured rooms” with all the modern comforts (internet wi-fi, satellite dish).

All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette fully equipped with furniture and appliances.

All bedrooms have built-in kitchen camouflaged in a stylish wardrobe, equipped as mentioned above.

The restoration of Fattoria La Corte has been a long and patient labor of love, and with the utmost care using professional workers highly specialised in their trade.

The materials used in almost all areas are of Tuscan origin and original of the era. Every brick or tile,  stone, bow, beam,  step, flooring, fireplace, were the result of painstaking research and conservation.

All internal and external doors are antique and restored including lintels and stone jambs.

The exterior lighting was performed realizing the old iron street lamps in fine ‘800 style.
