Tenuta Malacoda is a winery and agricultural estate located in the province of Siena between Crete Senesi and the Val d’Orcia. The terrain measures approximately 110 hectares that is divided between 60 hectares of woodland, 40 hectares of arable land, and 7 hectares of recently planted vineyards which produce approximately 12,000 bottles of wine per year, along with the finest quality grapes that are sold to important producers in the area (approximately 400 ql.). The property also includes a private road approximately 1 km long, a covered parking area for 4 cars, and a covered pergola with a traditional stone pizza oven for outside dining.
The estate is composed of a residential building/villa, an agricultural building with horse stables, and a few annex buildings measuring approximately 700 m2.
