Casa nella Collina is a typical stone country house located just above the hills of Greve in Chianti, in the beautiful landscape of the Chianti region near Florence. This house offers a panoramic view all over the hillsides and important monuments close to Greve, such as the Pieve di San Cresci, Castello di Montefioralle and Castello di Colognole.

The property is composed of two buildings, the main villa of about 250 m2 and the second building, dedicated to the 3 apartments used for the agriturismo. The total measurement is approximately 400 m2 and offers 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. The villa has been completely restored in 1997.

In the main villa, there are 3 of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the current owners live there at the moment.
