Bio Farm Gallo Nero has 5.5 ha (13.6 ac) of ICEA certified organic land, certified for more than 20 years.

There is about 2 ha of Chianti Classico DOCG and IGT vineyards which produce about 10,000 bottles of wine per year over. The vine varieties include Sangiovese (80%), Merlot (15%), and Vermentino (5%) grapes. Additionally, there is an olive grove that produces about 500 liters of excellent DOP olive oil.

The estate includes a family-run agritourism business (tourist vacation rentals) that hosts clients from all over the world and produces a good annual income.

Bio Farm Gallo Nero’s main house is about 300 m2 (3,229 ft2) split into two apartments both with independent entrances.

The estate includes the sale of agricultural equipment with a barrel for spraying (300 lt.), a harrow with eight plowshares, tiller, shredder, and tracked tractor (model FIAT 355), and the wine present in the cellar at the time of the negotiation.

The property also has a small olive grove of about 0.4 ha with 180 plants that produce about 500 liters of DOP olive oil every year.

Bio Farm Gallo Nero’s remaining land includes arable land, of which about 1 ha could be converted into vineyards, with fruit trees (2.45 ha) and a forest appropriate for logging (0.8 ha).
