Let us begin with a spotlight on who we are and how we are fortunate enough to work and live in our favorite region of the world.

Meet our director, Daniela Gisti!

If that smile doesn’t demonstrate her passion and love for what she does, surely her experience will. Starting with Precious Villas in 2007, she had been striving to work with an agency that focused on an international clientele.

Taking on as acting Director during the market low, Daniela was able to push Precious Villas to grow with her innate sense of the market mixed with her unique eye for luxury properties. Her ability to select and represent the most exclusive homes in Tuscany together with her renowned skill in matching them to each clients unique desires, has made Precious Villas continue to thrive, despite the difficult times. Over the years she has created a network of business partners that includes some of the highest regarded professionals in Tuscany as well as business contacts throughout the world.

With a multi-lingual staff, (Italian, English and Russian) we are here to help you in every step of the process, from the initial search down to managing your property after the purchase.

Welcome to Tuscany, we can’t wait to meet you!
